Kitchen: A convenient kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooktop and microwave for preparing simple meals, and a BBQ grill is available outside for additional cooking options. A starter supply of coffee will be provided for your stay
Outside, you will find a peaceful setting that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying Sedona’s beautiful surroundings. Guests are welcome to sit and unwind in the fire pit area, however fires are NOT permitted.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. This includes visiting pets at any time during your stay.

Access
Guests will have access to the entire property starting at 4:00pm the day of check in. This area is a quiet, serene community. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed
Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Sedona (Chapel Area) close to hiking, biking trails, restaurants, shops and golf. Please be mindful of the neighbors, many of whom are full-time residents who appreciate the peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona, but there is a public shuttle system that will get you to the trailheads and avoid parking issues. For more information, check out: sedonashuttle dot com
Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 2 guests at any given time.
Please, no parties or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked, and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
