By car, Oak Creek Canyon, rated one of America’s Most Scenic Drives, is just a few minutes away. You will be close to many trailheads that carry you deep into Sedona’s famous Red Rock spires, canyons, vortices, and historic sites.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the home. $500 fee for violations.
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets: $500 fee.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
Please notify us in advance if traveling with a service animal.
Service animals must remain under control at all times, may not be left unattended, must be housebroken, and waste must be disposed of properly.
MAIL & DELIVERIES
Mail and package delivery is not permitted at this address per City guidelines. We cannot retrieve or manage shipped items. UPS Store services and Amazon lockers are available locally.
LOST & FOUND
Returned items: $50 handling fee plus shipping cost. Pickup may be arranged when possible.
QUIET HOURS
City-enforced quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please keep music and outdoor noise at respectful levels.
DARK SKY ORDINANCE
Outdoor lights must be turned off when not in use.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS
No outdoor fires May 1 – October 1 or during local fire bans. We reserve the right to restrict fire use at any time for safety.
WILDLIFE
Deer, skunks, bobcats, and javelina are common. Do not approach or feed wildlife.
CITY REGULATIONS
Events, parties, and large gatherings are prohibited by City law.
HOME CARE
Please keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside.
Do not rearrange furniture or unplug electronics.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
