Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional minimum $100 fine for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in’s when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living room areas and a beautiful kitchen with waterfall quartz countertops, the main living room features an electric fireplace to feel warm and cozy. The exterior features multiple outdoor seating areas a firepit with marshmallow skewers, BBQ grill, and a beautiful pergola for an amazing outdoor experience. Provided outdoor games include corn hole and croquet set. The home also features a level 2 EV (Tesla) charger. We are sure the home will create the vacation you are yearning for.
