PLEASE NOTE: You are booking the upper-level 2-bedroom unit of the home. There may be guests staying in the lower unit during your stay. Each unit has its own access and privacy. You will also have your own garage parking space.
If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.

Access
Access is provided via a front door keypad.
Guests have access to the entire upper level of the property starting at 4 PM on the date of check-in.
If you require more space, please inquire about renting the entire home, including the lower level, which accommodates 10 guests.
Please note that the lower level may be booked separately, so you may not be the only guest at the property. However, you will always have your own private entrance.
Neighborhood
This area is a quiet neighborhood in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. No parties allowed.

While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 6 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked, and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do review alteration requests; however, acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc. Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
