One of Casa Blanca’s greatest amenities is simply where it sits.
Historic Old Town Cottonwood is the heart of the area’s dining, shopping and wine-tasting scene. Stroll Historic Main Street between Arizona tasting rooms, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, galleries and antique shops, or explore the nearby Jail Trail and Verde River.
And directly across from Casa Blanca is Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria, offering wine, dining, and tours of its vineyard, greenhouse and barrel room.
And it isn’t just a great neighbor: Merkin Vineyards & Caduceus Cellars won the Winery category in PHOENIX magazine’s 2026 Arizona Travel Awards, while Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria was also a winner in the Restaurant — Small Market category.

Casa Blanca is designed to make traveling with a group feel comfortable rather than crowded.
With multiple bedrooms, three bathrooms, two separate living areas, a large kitchen and generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, your group can spend time together while still having room to spread out.
Both living areas and bedrooms have smart TVs, making it easy for different parts of the group to relax independently.
Kitchen with vineyard views
Even the kitchen takes advantage of Casa Blanca’s location.
The oversized kitchen window looks toward Merkin Vineyards and the surrounding Verde Valley, creating a wine-country backdrop while you’re making coffee, breakfast or dinner.
Generous counter space gives several people room to cook and gather at once, making the kitchen practical for larger groups.
Prepare dinner together, bring something back from Old Town, or open a bottle of Arizona wine and enjoy the view.
Pool, private hot tub + outdoor living
The outdoor spaces are a major part of the Casa Blanca experience.
The large covered deck offers space for the group to dine together while overlooking wine country. Relax on the porch swings, settle into the outdoor seating with a glass of local wine, or gather around the gas firepits after a day exploring Cottonwood, Jerome or Sedona.
At Casa Blanca, the outdoor spaces aren’t just something you use between activities—they become part of the trip.
Wedding weekends + getting ready
Casa Blanca is particularly convenient for groups traveling to Cottonwood for a wedding, prom or another special occasion.
The home includes:

Two styling areas with salon chairs and large mirrors
Three bathrooms
Multiple living spaces
Large-group sleeping capacity
Outdoor areas for relaxing together before and after the celebration
This allows your group to stay together without needing multiple hotel rooms while still giving everyone room to get ready and spread out.
Casa Blanca is overnight lodging only and is not an event venue. Parties, receptions and events are not permitted at the property.
Pool access + Casita Bonita
We want the pool arrangement to be completely clear before you book.
Casa Blanca guests have access to the heated pool throughout their stay.
The pool also serves its neighboring Casita Bonita, a small guest house that accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. If Casita Bonita is separately occupied during your stay, those guests may also use the pool.
This means the only possible additional pool users are up to four Casita Bonita guests—not another large group or the general public.

This can be especially helpful for extended families, wedding-weekend groups, reunions, and larger wine-country getaways.
The heated pool and hot tub is a wonderful part of the Casa Blanca experience and is professionally maintained on a regular schedule. Because it is an outdoor amenity, weather, natural debris, water conditions, or an unexpected equipment issue may occasionally affect pool or hot tub use. While we work to address any issue as quickly as possible, uninterrupted pool or hot tub availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access
Guests will have access to the home starting at 4:00pm the day of check in. Guests have private access to Casa Blanca and its designated indoor and outdoor living spaces during their stay.
Casita Bonita is a separate neighboring accommodation and may be independently occupied unless both homes are reserved together.
Neighborhood
Casa Blanca Old Town sits right in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, just a short walk from renowned restaurants, boutique shopping, and the area’s vibrant wine scene. Jerome is only 10 minutes away, and Sedona’s iconic red rock landscapes are just 20 minutes down the road. This is a residential neighborhood, and many of the homes around us are full-time residents. We ask that you be mindful of noise levels and respect our neighbors so everyone, guests and residents alike, can enjoy their time here.
Interaction With Guests
We believe in giving you space and privacy during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time without feeling watched over. That said, we’re never far away. If you need anything at all, we’re just a call or message away and happy to help

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In
If you’d like an early check-in, reach out to us the morning of your arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Since we often have same-day check-outs and check-ins, we need to make sure our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean and restock the home, and that our maintenance crew has time to handle anything that needs attention before you arrive.
Casa Blanca is located in a residential Old Town neighborhood, so we ask guests to enjoy the home and outdoor spaces respectfully and keep noise reasonable, particularly in the evening.
Guest Parking
Convenient on-site parking is provided at Casa Blanca. To respect our neighbors, please keep all guest vehicles on the Casa Blanca property and use only the designated parking areas. Please do not park in neighboring driveways, on neighboring properties, or anywhere that could block a neighbor’s access.
No parties, receptions or events are permitted.
The pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Because it is an outdoor amenity, weather, wind, natural debris or occasional equipment maintenance can temporarily affect pool conditions. If something unexpected occurs during your stay, please contact us so we can address it as quickly as reasonably possible.
Casa Blanca is surrounded by Arizona landscaping. Although outdoor furniture and gathering areas are cleaned between stays, occasional dust, pollen, leaves or windblown debris may appear outdoors between servicing and arrival.
Routine Property Maintenance
To keep Casa Blanca and its outdoor amenities in great condition, routine service providers may visit the property during your stay. This can include pool and hot tub service, landscaping, trash service, pest control, or other necessary exterior maintenance.

Between the two separate properties, groups can accommodate up to 39 overnight guests, subject to availability—giving family members, bridal parties and friends the option to stay in two large homes rather than being scattered among multiple hotels.
Casa Blanca provides the Historic Old Town and vineyard experience, while Bella Pavona offers a private gated country-estate setting with its own pool and spa.
Both properties are intended for overnight accommodations; weddings, receptions and parties are not held at the homes.
Occupancy & Property Rules
Please do not exceed 17 guests at any time. No pets (even to visit), no parties, and no smoking in or around the property. Violations will result in additional fines charged to the guest who booked, and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Extended Stays
Bookings over 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from your initial cleaning fee.
Reservation Changes
We accept alteration requests made at least 14 days before your original reservation start date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.
Transit
We recommend coming with your own vehicle, as rental car availability and rideshare services are limited in our area. Having your own transportation gives you the freedom to explore Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona at your own pace.
