Spacious Accommodations: With 4 bedrooms and thoughtful sleeping arrangements throughout, this home comfortably sleeps up to 19 guests plus a baby or toddler in a playpen, making it ideal for large families, groups, or multi-generational trips.

Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): The kids’ favorite! This room sleeps 9 with four double beds and a twin, perfect for the younger crowd or extra guests.
Living Rooms: Two additional pull-out couches offer flexible sleeping for larger groups.
Wifi & Entertainment: Stay connected with wifi throughout the home. Both living rooms feature smart TVs, so guests can log into their own streaming accounts and settle in with their favorite shows or movies during downtime between pool days and wine tastings.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real cooking, whether that’s a big group breakfast, taco night, or a home-cooked dinner after a day of wine tasting. Enjoy the view straight out to Merkin Vineyards and the red rocks of Sedona while you cook.

**Pool: The pool may occasionally be shared with up to 4 guests staying in the adjoining Pool House. For full exclusive use of the pool and property, book the entire property for total privacy. An additional guest house on the property sleeps up to 4 more guests and can be added to your booking, giving larger groups or extended family even more space to spread out.

Access
Guests will have access to the entire property starting at 4:00pm the day of check in.
Neighborhood
Casa Blanca Old Town sits right in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, just a short walk from renowned restaurants, boutique shopping, and the area’s vibrant wine scene. Jerome is only 10 minutes away, and Sedona’s iconic red rock landscapes are just 20 minutes down the road. This is a residential neighborhood, and many of the homes around us are full-time residents. We ask that you be mindful of noise levels and respect our neighbors so everyone, guests and residents alike, can enjoy their time here.

We believe in giving you space and privacy during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time without feeling watched over. That said, we’re never far away. If you need anything at all, we’re just a call or message away and happy to help

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In
If you’d like an early check-in, reach out to us the morning of your arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Since we often have same-day check-outs and check-ins, we need to make sure our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean and restock the home, and that our maintenance crew has time to handle anything that needs attention before you arrive.
Outdoor Spaces
The exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after every stay. During certain times of year, you may notice some debris from weather, native plants, or pollen. If the outdoor space isn’t as clean as you’d like, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies you’re welcome to use at your convenience.
Pool
The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week by a local pool company, with occasional follow-up visits the next day to make sure everything looks great. Since we can’t control or guarantee immediate response to pool issues, we recommend not booking based solely on pool access.
Occupancy & Property Rules
Please do not exceed 19 guests at any time. No pets (even to visit), no parties, and no smoking in or around the property. Violations will result in additional fines charged to the guest who booked, and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Extended Stays
Bookings over 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from your initial cleaning fee.
Reservation Changes
We accept alteration requests made at least 14 days before your original reservation start date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.
Transit
We recommend coming with your own vehicle, as rental car availability and rideshare services are limited in our area. Having your own transportation gives you the freedom to explore Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona at your own pace.
