Notes
While we clean the exterior porch and furniture after each stay, please be aware that during certain times of year, wind, weather, native plants, and pollen may leave additional outdoor debris. For your convenience, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are available should you wish to tidy the space during your stay.

In Sedona, Arizona, short-term rentals and Airbnbs observe city-aligned quiet hours generally from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Violations of any of these rules will result in a minimum $100 fine per incident, charged to the booking guest, and may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Extended Stays: Bookings of 14 nights or more will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from the cleaning fee collected at booking.
Reservation Changes: We accept reservation alteration requests submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday essentials for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.
A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your use. We will provide a starter supply of coffee pods.
DINING ROOM:
A separate dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy meals together.

Access
Guests will receive a keypad code for access at 4:00 PM.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire home and designated outdoor living areas, including the private hot tub, game room, fire pit, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor seating areas.
Free parking is available at the property.
Please respect any locked owner or maintenance closets that are not designated for guest use.

Located in the heart of Uptown Sedona, the home is approximately a 5-minute walk from restaurants, cafés, galleries, shops, and local attractions. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything while still having a comfortable residential setting to relax in at the end of the day.
A vehicle is recommended for exploring Sedona’s trails and surrounding areas, but many Uptown restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot.
