The Kids’ Room
The room everyone will remember! This spacious bunk room sleeps up to 12 and features a queen bed, twin trundle, three triple bunk beds, flat-screen TV, and games. It’s perfect for cousins, siblings, and kids traveling together.
For families traveling with little ones, we also provide a Pack ‘n Play and high chair.
🍳 GOURMET KITCHEN & GATHERING SPACES
The custom gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before a day in Sedona to large family dinners enjoyed together.
You’ll find plenty of space to cook, gather, and relax, along with both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig.
The home is designed around togetherness while still giving everyone enough room to find their own quiet corner.

Step outside and enjoy your own private outdoor retreat.
Take a refreshing swim in the pool, unwind in the spa, gather around the firepit beneath the Arizona sky, or enjoy an outdoor meal on the covered back porch with BBQ and ample seating.
Pool season: The pool is heated during May and October and naturally warms during June through September. The pool cannot be heated November through April.
Spa: The hot tub is available year-round and professionally serviced.
Please note that, as with any outdoor amenity, pool and spa availability can occasionally be affected by maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property beginning at 4:00 PM on your arrival day.
The estate is accessed through a private gated entrance, providing an added sense of privacy throughout your stay.

Bella Pavona is located in a quiet residential community where outdoor noise can carry easily.
That’s part of what makes the property special: you can enjoy expansive grounds, star-filled Arizona skies, and a peaceful atmosphere just minutes from the action.
To preserve that experience for our guests and neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and parties and events are not permitted.
This home is best suited for groups who want to spend their days exploring, swimming, dining, relaxing, and reconnecting—and their evenings enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Interaction With Guests
This home is easily accessible with a private entrance. Self check-in is easy and convenient. Guests will have access to the entire home, including the attached garage.
While we offer privacy and autonomy to our guests, we will also gladly offer recommendations at your request. Your Local Contact is available by phone and can be on site quickly to troubleshoot any problems.
Transit
Cottonwood and the Verde Valley are charming small-town areas with limited cab services and rideshare options like Uber. We highly recommend bringing your own transportation to easily explore and take in the breathtaking sights at your convenience.

Pool & Spa
The pool and spa are professionally serviced, but outdoor amenities can occasionally require maintenance or be affected by circumstances outside our control. The pool is maintained weekly, typically on Wednesdays.
The pool is seasonally heated, while the spa is available year-round.
Outdoor Areas
Bella Pavona sits on spacious natural grounds surrounded by native vegetation. Depending on the season and weather, leaves, pollen, and other natural debris may occasionally find their way onto outdoor surfaces. A broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
Longer Stays
Reservations longer than 14 nights require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from the initial cleaning fee.
Occupancy & Neighborhood
The maximum occupancy is 22 guests. Because this is a peaceful residential neighborhood, we ask every group to be respectful of the surrounding homes and observe the 10 PM quiet hours.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
