This single-level ranch-style Sedona vacation home boasts 2,140 square feet of newly remodeled and beautifully appointed interiors throughout, a tranquil backyard for outdoor living, and a private hot tub with mountain views! An idyllic Sedona retreat for a family vacation or a friend`s getaway!
On entry, there are steps down to a spacious living area with high vaulted ceilings, lots of windows for natural light, and modern, yet homey, couches and comforts to settle into your Sedona vacation in style.
To the left of the entryway is a dedicated dining area with a convenient bench seat to fit the whole crew. The dining room flows through to a fully-equipped, newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances and kitchen essentials for home-cooked meals. The kitchen is open with a breakfast area and sliding doors leading out to our favorite part of this Sedona vacation home, the private backyard.
The kitchen, master bedroom, and third bedroom are all open to the rear backyard fully fenced for privacy and peace of mind for families. This tranquil oasis is complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill for alfresco dinners, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, scenic water features, a perfectly placed hammock and bench in the shade of the mature trees, and a new private hot tub overlooking Thunder Mountain!
Hummingbird Lane accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, renovated with your vacation in mind! The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bathroom with double vanities, a jetted bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds, and bedroom 4 has a pyramid bunk with a double and twin. There are two additional shared bathrooms with showers.

Access
Guest will be granted access with a keypad code. You will have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard.
Neighborhood
Located in the heart of West Sedona! This area is a quiet neighborhood in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed.
Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona but there is a public shuttle system that will get you to the trail heads and avoid parking issues. For more information check out the Sedonashuttle website.
Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the spa, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. The spa is cleaned & maintained on Mondays and during busy season Thursdays as well by a local spa company. They will at times make a follow up visit the next day to make sure everything looks great. Since we cannot control or guarantee their immediate assistance on spa issues we recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the spa.
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 9 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in’s when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
***Please do not exceed 300lbs of weight on the hammock.
