Nestled in a prime location within the complex, the condo is set back from the road, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, and boasts a large balcony perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the recently renovated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and grills during your stay. You’ll be within walking distance to grocery stores, banks, shops, and restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to hiking and biking trails, as well as two championship golf courses.
Space
The condo features a split floor plan with tile and carpeted bedrooms.
This spacious second-level unit features two king suites with a split floor plan and a new sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, including a side-by-side fridge with filtered water/ice, stove, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Some starter coffee pods will be provided to get you going.
LIVING ROOM: New Queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2, a 50″ flat-screen Smart TV, leather lazy boy recliner. The wood burning fireplace is not to be used.
BEDROOMS:
Southwest Bedroom: King-size Simmons Beauty Rest Pillow Top mattress, walk-in closet, and newer Smart TV.
Country Bedroom: Comfortable Sealy mattress, walk-in closet, wood-beamed cathedral ceiling, and sliding door to the balcony.
***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.
WASHER/DRYER: Located inside the condo.

Neighborhood
Situated in the Village of Oak Creek, this residence is within a few minute drive to explore delightful culinary experiences, art galleries, antique shops, and charming boutique stores in Sedona. Nearby outdoor adventures abound, including golfing, hiking, off-roading, mountain biking along the numerous surrounding trails.
Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona but there is a public shuttle system that will get you to the trail heads and avoid parking issues. For more information check out: sedonashuttle .com

Please note that the Pool & Hot Tub’s hours are 8am to 10pm. The amenities key card will not get you in or out of these areas outside of these hours so please be mindful.
This area is a quiet, serene community with full time residence in the area. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding!
Parking – There is one covered parking spot assigned to this home. Additional uncovered parking is available in the common parking space on the property.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.
Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. If a violation occurs, additional fees will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
Please note that glass containers of any kind are forbidden at the pool and spa areas. The HOA has notified us that should any glass break in the pool or spa area it will have to be closed, drained, vacuumed, and refilled. This is extremely time consuming and costly. The culprit would be responsible for any fee’s.
