You will be minutes from Red Rock State Park, great hikes, and biking trails. The bright living area, comfortable bedroom, and fast internet make it easy to relax or work. This home is a calm, welcoming base for your stay in Sedona.

• First-come, first-served laundry room shared with the main house. Detergent is provided for your stay
• Please note the main home may be rented at the same time. We ask all guests to respect each other’s privacy.
***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.
Note: Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.
Getting Around:
This home is less than a 5 to 10 minute drive from great food, art galleries, antique shops, and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, hiking, four wheeling, and biking on many surrounding trails.

Access
Guests have access to the entire home starting at 4:00pm with the front door keypad.
Neighborhood
This area is a quiet neighborhood in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed.
Interaction With Guests
While we offer privacy and independence, we are always happy to provide recommendations if you need them. Your local contact is available by phone and can be on site quickly to help with any issues. We are glad to assist with directions, maps, or suggestions for things to do in the area. Just ask.
Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona but there is a public shuttle system that will get you to the trail heads and avoid parking issues. For more information check out sedona shuttle dot com
Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, certain times of the year may bring extra debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. If the outdoor space is not as clean as you prefer, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.
Please respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM.
Do not exceed an occupancy of 2 guests at any time.
No pets, parties, or smoking in or around the property.
Violations may result in additional fines and forfeiture of the remainder of the stay without refund.
If you would like an early check-in, please contact us the morning of your arrival. We do our best to accommodate when possible, but same-day turnovers may limit availability. We want to ensure our cleaner and maintenance team have enough time to fully prepare the home.
Stays longer than 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately in addition to the cleaning fee paid at booking.
Alteration requests are accepted when submitted at least 14 days before the original reservation start date. Approval of changes is at the host’s discretion.
