Primary bedroom: King bed, private ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious layout. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your stay.

Guest bathroom: A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for guest use. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your stay.
Pack N Play and Highchair: A Pack and Play is available at no charge for your convenience. If you need a high chair we are happy to provide one but you’ll need to request it at the time you make your reservation.
Laundry room: A full laundry room is available for guest use, with laundry pods or detergent provided for your stay.
Parking: Guest parking is available in the driveway.
Outdoor Space
Step outside to enjoy the patio with seating, a BBQ, a fire pit and sweeping mountain and valley views. This space is perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, and taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Access
Check-in time is 4:00 PM on your arrival date. The property offers self-check-in; the door code and instructions will be sent to you 48 hours prior to arrival.

Neighborhood
This is a quiet, serene community with only a small number of rental homes, and noise carries easily. Please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. No parties are allowed.

While we respect our guests’ privacy and autonomy, we are happy to provide recommendations upon request.
Transit
Located in the heart of Cottonwood, this home is close to great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and golf. Sedona and Jerome are about a 20-minute drive, traffic permitting.
Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, certain times of the year may bring additional debris from weather, native plants, or pollen. If the outdoor space is not as clean as you prefer, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
Occupancy is limited to six guests. Parties and smoking are not permitted in or around the property. Any violations will result in additional fines charged to the booking guest and forfeiture of the remainder of the stay without refund.**
Items left behind: If an item is left behind, a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply for return by mail. You may also reach out to inquire about pickup at our Cottonwood office. Please note that we are not responsible for forgotten items.
Early check-in: If you would like early check-in, please contact us around 12 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check-ins when possible. We often have same-day check-ins and check-outs, so we need to ensure our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home, and our maintenance crew has sufficient time to address any needed items before your arrival.
Booking for more than 2 weeks (14 days) requires a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning included at booking.
We do accept reservation alteration requests; however, approval of any alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
