And when you’re ready to slow down, Casita Bonita gives you a comfortable place to come home to without leaving the Old Town wine-country setting.

Heated pool access
Casita Bonita guests have access to the heated pool during their stay.
Casita Bonita is a private, one-bedroom guest house located beside its sister property, Casa Blanca. The two homes and their guests share the heated pool when they are booked separately. Casa Blanca may accommodate a larger group, while Casita Bonita accommodates a maximum of four guests. The pool is not shared with the public or any other properties.
Traveling with a larger group?
One of the unique advantages of Casita Bonita is the option to combine it with neighboring Casa Blanca.
Casa Blanca is our larger Old Town wine-country retreat and accommodates groups of up to 17 guests.

Access
Guests will access the home using their own private door code. Access includes the guest home and the shared pool area only. On-site parking is provided for Casita Bonita guests.
Please park only in the designated Casita Bonita parking area. Do not park on neighboring properties, in neighboring driveways or in areas designated for Casa Blanca.
Neighborhood
Casita Bonita sits right in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, just a short walk from renowned restaurants, boutique shopping, and the area’s vibrant wine scene. Jerome is only 10 minutes away, and Sedona’s iconic red rock landscapes are just 20 minutes down the road. This is a residential neighborhood, and many of the homes around us are full-time residents. We ask that you be mindful of noise levels and respect our neighbors so everyone, guests and residents alike, can enjoy their time here.
Interaction With Guests
We believe in giving you space and privacy during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time without feeling watched over. That said, we’re never far away. If you need anything at all, we’re just a call or message away and happy to help.
Transit
We recommend coming with your own vehicle, as rental car availability and rideshare services are limited in our area. Having your own transportation gives you the freedom to explore Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona at your own pace.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In
If you’d like an early check-in, reach out to us the morning of your arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Since we often have same-day check-outs and check-ins, we need to make sure our cleaning team has enough time to properly clean and restock the home, and that our maintenance crew has time to handle anything that needs attention before you arrive.
Pool
The heated pool is cleaned and maintained once a week by a local pool company, with occasional follow-up visits the next day to make sure everything looks great. Like any outdoor pool, weather, natural debris or an unexpected maintenance issue can occasionally affect conditions or availability. If an issue arises, we’ll work to address it as quickly as reasonably possible.
Because the property is surrounded by Arizona landscaping, occasional dust, pollen, leaves or windblown debris may appear on outdoor surfaces between routine servicing.
The pool is shared with guests staying at Casa Blanca Old Town next door.
Occupancy & Property Rules
Please do not exceed 4 guests at any time. No pets (even to visit), no parties, and no smoking in or around the property. Violations will result in additional fines charged to the guest who booked, and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Extended Stays
Bookings over 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from your initial cleaning fee.
Reservation Changes
We accept alteration requests made at least 14 days before your original reservation start date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.
