Space

The Space:
This newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat was designed with comfort, convenience, and relaxation in mind. Perfect layout and space for 6 guests.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A Keurig coffee maker and starter coffee pods are provided, making it easy to enjoy a quiet morning before heading out to explore.
Living Room:
The living room offers a 70″ flat-screen Smart TV, a comfortable gathering space, a desk area for remote work, and a large king-size pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.
Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds, a Smart TV, a large closet, and a luggage rack for convenience.
Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for each guest.
Bathrooms:
The home includes two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided for your convenience.
TVs & Internet:
Each room offers a flat-screen Smart TV, allowing guests to log in to their own streaming services and enjoy their favorite shows during their stay. High-speed internet is also provided, making it easy to stream, browse, or work remotely while visiting.
Laundry: Full-size, front-loading washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for guest convenience. The laundry area is located on the lower level in the garage.
Outdoor Living:
Step outside and take in the beauty of Sedona from the upper patio or the private back patio. Whether you are enjoying an early morning breakfast, grilling dinner on the BBQ, or watching the red rocks glow at sunset, the outdoor spaces are designed to help you slow down and enjoy the setting. There are over a dozen stunning trails for hiking or mountain biking within a five-minute drive, or go right out the back deck into the Coconino National Forest, a designated wilderness zone, with easy-to-follow natural trails.
The home also includes an outdoor BBQ and dining area for your enjoyment. Grilling utensils
are provided for guest use.
Location:
Sacred Eagle House is tucked within a quiet, private luxury neighborhood just around the corner from Red Rock State Park. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, giving you easy access to the natural beauty, red rock scenery, and peaceful desert landscape that make Sedona so special. A beautiful 12-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, spas, and all that Sedona has to offer. Ten minutes to 24/7 hospital emergency room.
Wildlife: We get regular visits from coyotes, foxes, havalinas, deer, and quail!
Parking:
Guests do not have access to park inside the garages. Please use the concrete for parking during your stay.
**Important Note About Access
The main living level is located upstairs and does require stairs. For guests who are unable to use stairs, the home offers an electric lift that provides access to the upper deck and main entrance. Use of the lift must be requested and arranged prior to arrival.

Access
Guests will be granted access with a keypad code. You will have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in..
Stairs are required to access the home. For guests who are unable to use stairs, the home offers an electric lift that provides access to the upper deck and main entrance. Use of the lift must be requested and arranged prior to arrival.

Transit

Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture are thoroughly cleaned after each stay, please be aware that during certain times of the year, wind, weather, native plants, and pollen may result in additional outdoor debris. For your convenience, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are available should you wish to tidy the space during your stay.
House Rules
No pets, including visiting pets.
No parties or events.
No smoking in or around the property.
Violations of these rules will result in a minimum $100 fine per incident, charged to the booking guest, and may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Extended Stays: Bookings of 14 nights or more will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from the cleaning fee collected at booking.
Reservation Changes: We accept reservation alteration requests submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.
