Access
Guests will receive a keypad code for access at 4:00 PM.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire home and designated outdoor living areas, including the private hot tub.
Neighborhood
This home is within walking distance to many of VOC’s popular restaurants, shopping, art galleries, bars, and gifts stores. By car, Oak Creek Canyon, rated one of America’s Most Scenic Drives, is just a few miles away. You will be close to many trailheads that carry you deep into Sedona’s famous Red Rock spires, canyons, vortices, and historic sites.
Interaction With Guests
We offer our guests both privacy and autonomy during their stay. A local contact is always available by phone and can be on-site promptly if you need assistance or troubleshooting.
Transit
While having a car is the easiest way to get around Sedona, there is also a convenient public shuttle system that provides access to popular trailheads and helps avoid parking hassles.
Notes
While we clean the exterior porch and furniture after each stay, please be aware that during certain times of year, wind, weather, native plants, and pollen may leave additional outdoor debris. For your convenience, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are available should you wish to tidy the space during your stay.
House Rules:
No parties or events.
No smoking in or around the property.
No pets at anytime
In Sedona, Arizona, short-term rentals and Airbnbs observe city-aligned quiet hours generally from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Violations of any of these rules will result in a minimum $100 fine per incident, charged to the booking guest, and may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Extended Stays: Bookings of 14 nights or more will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from the cleaning fee collected at booking.
Reservation Changes: We accept reservation alteration requests submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.
