Living Space: decorative fireplace (it is wood burning and not to be used), flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix, & WiFi.
Kitchen: full size refrigerator, electric oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, plenty of pots/pans, plates, glassware, and stocked with your basic spices and oils..
**Note: There is a grocery store (Clark’s Market) across the street from the condo complex and is within walking distance. We supply a few coffee pods to get your trip going.
Master Bedroom: king-sized bed, dresser, closets and a sliding glass door with views to the red rocks
Bathroom: en-suite off the master bedroom, private shower, tub, and toilet. There is an additional built-in makeup vanity and mirror in the hallway
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*
Outdoor Patio: access is from the master bedroom & living room
Washer/Dryer: fully functional washer/dryer for your convenience

*Two BBQ grills (located just outside of the pool area).

GETTING AROUND:
Walking distance to explore great hikes, food, art galleries, antique shops and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, festivals, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.
The Village of Oak Creek in Sedona is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is a gorgeous and scenic 15 minute drive to Uptown Sedona and West Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 35 minutes to Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon!

Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona but there is a public shuttle system that will get you to the trail heads and avoid parking issues. For more information check out: sedonashuttle .com

Situated in the Village of Oak Creek, this residence is within a few minute drive to explore delightful culinary experiences, art galleries, antique shops, and charming boutique stores in Sedona. Nearby outdoor adventures abound, including golfing, hiking, off-roading, mountain biking along the numerous surrounding trails.
Notes
Please note that the Pool & Hot Tub’s hours are 8am to 10pm. The amenities key card will not get you in or out of these areas outside of these hours so please be mindful.
Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fee for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in’s when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
Please note that glass containers of any kind are forbidden at the pool and spa areas. The HOA has notified us that should any glass break in the pool or spa area it will have to be closed, drained, vacuumed, and refilled. This is extremely time consuming and costly. The culprit would be responsible for any fee’s.
