This condo features 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The living room has a pull-out couch to sleep 2 more guests, accommodating a total of 4 guests.
Recently remodeled and well equipped kitchen. ***Please note, the City has required us to remove the stove / oven shown in these photos. We will have a small countertop oven and countertop hot plate as a substitution.
The internet connection is excellent with high-speed WiFi.
Outside, there is a fenced-in seating area to enjoy the cool evenings and take in the beautiful sights.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your use in the garage. This is a shared space with the upper unit, and laundry works on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a welcome book upon your arrival.

Access
Guests have access to the entire lower level of the property starting at 4 PM on the date of check-in. If you require more space, please inquire about renting the entire home, which includes the upper level. Please note that the upper level may be booked separately, so you might not be the only guest at the property. However, you will always have your own private entrance. Access is provided via a front door keypad.
Neighborhood
This area is a quiet neighborhood in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed
Transit
Ideally situated in West Sedona, this unit is surrounded by amazing restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, and boutique stores. Nearby outdoor adventures abound, including golfing, hiking, off-roading and mountain biking along the famous Sedona trails.

While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 4 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked, and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do review alteration requests; however, acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc. Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
