***Note: This unit does not have Air-conditioning. In the summer time this unit is cooled with an evaporative cooler only. Please do not book this property if you require air-conditioning ***
LIVING SPACE: Features a decorative fireplace, Smart flat screen TV, guests can log into their own streaming accounts and high speed WiFi is available.
KITCHEN: Full size refrigerator, electric oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Mr Coffee maker, smoothie blender, crockpot, air fryer, plenty of pots/pans, plates, glassware and stocked with your basic spices and oils.
A small supply of basic coffee will be provided to get your stay going.
**Note: There is a grocery store (Clark’s Market) across the street from the condo complex and is within walking distance.
BEDROOM: Features a Queen-sized bed, luggage rack, two closets and a sliding glass door with views to the tennis courts.
BATHROOM: en-suite off the bedroom, private shower, and toilet.
Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.
OUTDOOR PATIO: access is from the master bedroom & living room
WASHER & DRYER: fully functional washer/dryer for your convenience
AMENITIES:
*A community pool (pool towels provided for your stay)
*Two hot tubs
*Two full-sized tennis courts (one stationed for pickle ball)
*Two BBQ grills (located just outside of the pool area).
***Pool is heated from March-May to 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. Enjoy the two hot tubs onsite year round.
***Pool Hours: The pool is open year-round from 8am-10pm. Guests must be out by 10pm when the electronic gate automatically locks. The amenities key card will not get you in or out of these areas outside of these hours so please be mindful.
***Although it is rarely shut down for maintenance, we cannot guarantee the pool and spa will be open during your stay*
EV Charging: There is a Tesla Supercharger with 14 stations and a Rivian Charger with 6 stations on the Southern border of the complex (walking distance) at 7000 AZ-179 Sedona, AZ 86351.

This home is easily accessible with a private entrance.

Neighborhood
Situated in the Village of Oak Creek, this residence is within a few minute drive to explore delightful culinary experiences, art galleries, antique shops, and charming boutique stores in Sedona. Nearby outdoor adventures abound, including golfing, hiking, off-roading, mountain biking along the numerous surrounding trails.

While we offer privacy and autonomy to our guests. Your Local Contact is available by phone and can be on site quickly to troubleshoot any problems. We are happy to help you figure your way around with maps/recommendations. Just ask! 🙂
Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona but there is a public shuttle system that will get you to the trail heads and avoid parking issues. For more information check out: sedonashuttle dot com
Notes
Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fee for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us around 1pm the day of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in’s when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host’s discretion.
Please note that glass containers of any kind are forbidden at the pool and spa areas. The HOA has notified us that should any glass break in the pool or spa area it will have to be closed, drained, vacuumed, and refilled. This is extremely time consuming and costly. The culprit would be responsible for any fee’s.
