Enjoy full, private use of this clean and comfortable casita. The casita is attached to a main home with full time occupants. The two homes share a roof but are separated by a breezeway so there are no shared walls.
The front patio offers stunning Red Rock views and leads into a bright, open living area with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light.
The living room features an L-shaped couch, a smart TV for your streaming accounts, and a separate pull-out sofa that can accommodate two additional guests.
The kitchen includes an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a drip coffee maker—everything you need to prepare simple meals.
The bathroom is conveniently located off the living area and features a walk-in shower, along with fresh linens, shampoo, and conditioner for your stay
The bedroom offers a king-size bed and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Access
The casita has a designated parking space on the left side of the shared fan-shaped driveway, just behind the freestanding section of the decorative metal fence. To access your private entrance, walk around the fence and follow the path to the front patio.
Neighborhood
Guests have full access to the property starting at 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. Uptown Respite is located in a peaceful, serene neighborhood in the heart of Sedona, just a short walk to the Sedona Heritage Museum, Sedona Arts Center, Sedona Beer Company, and all the shops and galleries along Uptown 89A.
Please be mindful that noise carries easily in this quiet community. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours starting at 9:00 PM. No parties are permitted.
Interaction With Guests
We offer our guests privacy and autonomy. Your Local Contact is available by phone and can be on site quickly to troubleshoot any problems.
Transit
It’s best to have a car to get around Sedona, but there is a public shuttle system “Sedona Shuttle” that will get you to the trailheads and avoid parking issues.
Notes
While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, certain times of the year may bring additional debris from weather, native plants, or pollen. For your convenience, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies should you wish to tidy up the outdoor space during your stay.
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 guests at any time. Parties and smoking (indoors or on the property) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in additional fines charged to the booking guest and forfeiture of the remaining stay without refund.
If you’re interested in early check-in, please note that we often have same-day check-outs and require time for our cleaning and maintenance teams to properly prepare the home. If early check-in becomes available, we will notify you.
For bookings longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required and will be billed separately in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
We’re happy to consider reservation alteration requests, but we ask that they be submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.
Security Camera Disclosure:
For the safety and security of our guests and property, one exterior security camera is located in the front yard, facing the driveway. It does not have a view of any interior spaces.
